A healthier strawberry pizza
Mascarpone isn’t the healthiest ingredient, but you can easily make this pizza lighter. Replace half of the mascarpone with Greek yogurt or cream cheese for a fresher, lower-fat base under the strawberries.
Desserts with strawberries
Although strawberries are delicious on their own, they’re incredibly versatile in desserts. Loved by many, strawberry desserts rarely fail. Serve ice cream with strawberries or surprise your guests with homemade strawberry tarts.
