Ingredients
0.5 banana
150 g raspberries
Hot water
1 banana
300 g raspberries
Hot water
2 bananas
600 g raspberries
Hot water

Food processor or high-powered blender
Preparation
- Slice the banana into thin pieces and place them, together with the raspberries, in a freezer bag.
- Spread the fruit out as evenly as possible in the bag so that it doesn’t freeze together in large clumps.
- Freeze overnight.
Method
- Place the frozen banana and raspberries in the food processor or blender and turn it on.
- When the fruit has broken down into small granules, add a little hot water. Add small amounts at a time until the ice cream has a smooth texture. Divide the ice cream between bowls and garnish with fresh raspberries.
