Ingredients

0.5 banana

150 g raspberries

Hot water

1 banana

300 g raspberries

Hot water

2 bananas

600 g raspberries

Hot water

Equipment

Food processor or high-powered blender

Preparation

  1. Slice the banana into thin pieces and place them, together with the raspberries, in a freezer bag.
  2. Spread the fruit out as evenly as possible in the bag so that it doesn’t freeze together in large clumps.
  3. Freeze overnight.

Method

  1. Place the frozen banana and raspberries in the food processor or blender and turn it on.
  2. When the fruit has broken down into small granules, add a little hot water. Add small amounts at a time until the ice cream has a smooth texture. Divide the ice cream between bowls and garnish with fresh raspberries.
