What are frozen yoghurt lollies?
At their core, yoghurt lollies are made from frozen yoghurt combined with fruit, honey and/or other flavourings. If you’re looking for a healthier alternative to, for example, ice cream or other treats high in added sugar, frozen yoghurt lollies are the perfect choice. This way, you can still enjoy a deliciously refreshing treat while making a much more mindful choice.
Make your own frozen yoghurt lollies
When you make your own frozen yoghurt lollies, the flavour combinations are endless. You can swap the strawberries for other fruits, such as blueberries and raspberries, or try adding nuts instead of granola. Pistachios and strawberries, for instance, make a delicious paring. Which variation will you try first?
Beekers’ tip: If you’ve got enough moulds, you can make a larger batch to store. Yoghurt lollies keep well in the freezer for 2 to 3 months, so you’ll always have a tasty and healthier dessert on hand.
