At Beekers Berries, quality always comes first. We work closely with carefully selected growers who share our love and passion for growing berries. This way, we can deliver the very best fruit all year round.
Our home is in North Brabant, the birthplace of the Dutch strawberry. Here, on fertile sandy soils, fruit of exceptional quality has been grown for generations – a tradition we proudly continue.
Our berries
Our assortment consists of six premium berry varieties: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants, and specialties. Our varieties are selected for their flavour, quality, shelf life, and appearance. Through modern growing techniques and strong partnerships with trusted growers abroad, we can offer the finest berries year-round – without compromising on quality.
Strawberries
Our strawberries are the pride of Beekers Berries – our largest and most beloved crop. Known for their juicy, sweet flavour, Beekers Berries strawberries maintain consistent quality throughout the year. Thanks to years of development and close collaboration with breeders, we offer only the best varieties: premium quality, juicy texture, and rich flavour – perfect for hospitality and foodservice.
Dutch season: year-round.

Blueberries
Our premium blueberries meet the highest quality standards. Beekers Berries blueberries are firm and crisp, with a fresh, sweet flavour and subtle earthy notes. Outside the Dutch season, our blueberries are grown by long-term partners abroad, ensuring consistent year-round availability.
Dutch season: July and August.

Raspberries
Our raspberries are carefully selected for their quality and taste. Beekers Berries raspberries have an intense pink colour and delicate, sweet flavour. Because they are naturally fragile, we select firm varieties, hand-pick each berry, and cool them immediately after harvest. This careful handling results in excellent quality and shelf life.
Dutch season: May to October.

Blackberries
Beekers Berries blackberries are known for their large size, firm texture, and rich flavour. Their premium quality is the result of precise selection and hand-picking. Outside the Dutch season, we grow our blackberries in countries like Portugal and Spain. Thanks to their favourable winter climate, we can supply sweet and flavourful blackberries all year long.
Dutch season: late April/early May to November.

Redcurrants
Beekers Berries redcurrants are known for their fresh, slightly tart flavour. Dutch-grown redcurrants are available all year round.

Specialties
In addition to the classic soft fruit varieties, Beekers Berries offers a unique range of specialties. Our Whiteberries, Strawberries, Yellowberries, Pinkberries, Pineberries, and Bubbleberries each stand out with their distinct appearance and exceptional flavour. These premium strawberry varieties are especially popular in gastronomy for their unique character.
